Patent Pending: A utility patent application
was filed in December 28, 2006 and in response to Examiner's office
actions, amendments have also been filed with the US Patent Office.
Before filing the patent application a thorough patent search was
performed by the Patent Law office of Richard L. Huff.
The patent search results indicated that there is no strong prior art
and a utility patent is likely to issue. A second independent patent
search has also been performed by the patent law office of Sturm & Fix with a similar favorable patentability opinion.
