The device can also be customized for a single family home (first floor), such that it's entire bulk is outside and its front door is flush with the inside wall, resulting in maximum indoor space savings (not shown).
The following two images use a sliding window and a fan to convert the device from a refrigerator (left image with the sliding window closed) to an A/C (the right image with the sliding window open - the fan blows cold air into the room).
